I don’t have any fancy or inspirational quotes to kick-start the New Year. No “Keep Calm and Welcome 2013″ or “If Not Now, Then When?” to fill a blog post.
What I do have is excitement for the year to come. I jumpstarted the year with a little around-the-house improvements. Reworking items we already own to make something new.

I wish I could take credit for the letters – but I bought them as is some years ago in the Bay Area. And yes, you can totally live there!
